Booking and Occupancy Guidelines

Minimum 5-night stay.

Guest booking the resort must be at least 18 years of age or older..

A parent or guardian must be always on premise at the resort whenever minor children are on the resort premises.

Large gatherings held on the property require written permission by Pineapple Vista Resort management, including weddings. family reunions and parties.
Reservations

Minimum 5-night stay.

All reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total.

To confirm your reservation, the deposit must be paid within seven (7) business days after booking your stay at the resort.

Final payment is due thirty days (30) prior to check in date.

If check-in date is within fourteen days after the date the reservation was made, payment in full is required to confirm reservation.

Reservation Changes:

Changes made to a confirmed reservation are subject to a fee of $500 per each date removed from the overall reservations.

Cancellation:
A minimal cancellation fee of 30% is charged for all cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to check in date.
Payments are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days of the check-in date.

Travel Cancellation Insurance:
We encourage all guest to purchase Travel Cancellation Insurance. With travel cancellation insurance you may be able to get reimbursed for a canceled trip through a travel insurance policy or your credit card.

Force Majeure:
For any unforeseeable reason, unavoidable catastrophes, conflict or epidemics and Pineapple Vista Resort is forced to cancel your booking, efforts will be made to reschedule your reservations per your agreement or Pineapple Vista Resort will refund all monies paid by guest and no other refunds or amounts will be due.
